Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pure Flow Solutions LLC (“Pure Flow Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of www.pureflowsolutionsllc.com, our contact forms, and purchases of products or services from us.

By using the site, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

If you are buying for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

What we sell

We offer diesel filtration products and related services, including fuel filtration kits, engine oil bypass filter kits, replacement elements, DPF cleaning, diagnostic devices, and (when listed as available) lifetime stainless filters. Product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability on the site may change without notice.

Some products — including lifetime stainless filters — may be listed as coming soon and are not available for online purchase until we say they are.

Quotes, inquiries, and installation

Submitting a contact form, installation request, or replacement-filter request is not a purchase. We use that information to follow up, quote, or invoice you. A contract for those items is formed when we accept your order and you pay the quoted amount, or when checkout is completed for shop products.

Professional installation is quoted separately. Choosing installation on a product page sends a request; it does not charge installation through Stripe. Travel, access, equipment downtime, and site conditions can affect installation scheduling and price.

Online shop and payment

Shop prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and tax are not included in the price shown here. Both are calculated on the next page before you pay. Payment for website checkout is processed by Stripe. Replacement filter requests are typically invoiced after we confirm fitment and pricing; those orders ship after payment is received.

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify payment, the application is not a fit, or we cannot fulfill it.

Shipping

Unless an item is digital, kits generally ship within the United States. Standard shop orders of 1–2 kits include a flat shipping charge of $14.95. Free shipping on orders of 3+ kits. Shipping methods, timing, and carrier are chosen by us unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier, except where law requires otherwise. Inspect shipments promptly and report damage or shortage to us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds

Contact us before returning anything. Unopened, unused standard kits in original packaging may be eligible for return with our written approval, typically within 14 days of delivery. Custom-configured kits, used or installed products, special-order parts, and opened filter elements are generally not returnable.

DPF cleaning and other on-site or performed services are not refundable once the service has been provided. Digital products (including diagnostic devices once delivered or activated) are not returnable except where required by law or if we shipped the wrong item.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking and return-shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged in a way we caused, we will make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund, at our option.

Chargebacks: please contact us first at pureflowsolutionsllc@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in collection of the amount due plus related fees.

Fitment, installation, and results

You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your engine, equipment, and application. We can help if you give us accurate equipment details. Incorrect information can result in a kit that does not fit.

Installation must be performed competently, whether you self-install or hire us or a third party. Follow safe shop practices and applicable regulations. We are not responsible for damage from improper installation, modification, neglect, incompatible fluids, or use outside the intended application.

Filtration can reduce contamination and wear when sized and installed correctly. Fuel economy, oil-drain interval, engine life, DPF outcomes, and similar results vary by equipment, duty cycle, maintenance, and fuel or oil quality. Testimonials and lab examples on the site are illustrative. We do not guarantee a specific performance number, cost savings, or uptime result.

Our products supplement — they do not replace — OEM required maintenance, factory filters where those must remain in place, and sound operating practices.

Warranties

Except for any written warranty we expressly provide for a specific product (including lifetime-filter coverage described on that product page when it is offered), products and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where those disclaimers are not allowed. If a product is defective in materials or workmanship as received, contact us promptly and we will work with you on repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Flow Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including equipment downtime, towing, rental, lost loads, or engine or aftertreatment repair, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site, a product, or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk without our permission
• Use our name, photos, or content to misrepresent a relationship with us

Intellectual property

The site design, text, logos, photos, and other content belong to Pure Flow Solutions LLC or our licensors. You may view them for shopping and evaluating our products. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services

Checkout, video embeds, maps, social links, and the Customer Portal are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the site or place orders after an update, the new Terms apply to that use and those orders.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
