Who we are

Pure Flow Solutions LLC (“Pure Flow Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells ultra-fine fuel and oil filtration systems, related products, and DPF cleaning services. This policy describes how we handle information on www.pureflowsolutionsllc.com and when you contact us or buy from us.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the site.

Contact and quote requests. When you use our contact form or request installation help, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any company, equipment, quantity, product, location, or message details you include.

Replacement filter orders. If you request replacement elements, we also collect company name, filter type, quantity, fleet or equipment notes, and ship-to / delivery details so we can invoice and fulfill the order.

Online checkout. When you buy through our shop, Stripe processes payment. We receive order details such as the product, quantity, configuration, email address, and shipping information needed to complete the sale. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Card data is handled by Stripe.

Order emails. After a paid order, we use your email address to send an order confirmation and to notify our team so we can fulfill the order.

Device storage. We may store a small value in your browser (for example, to remember that you dismissed a product promo) so we do not show the same message on every visit. That value stays on your device.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard server information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps in order to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Respond to questions, quotes, and installation requests
• Process, fulfill, and support orders
• Send order confirmations and related transactional email
• Identify the right filter, configuration, or service for your equipment
• Improve the website and prevent spam or abuse
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless we clearly ask you to opt in.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout (see Stripe’s privacy policy)
• Email delivery — to send inquiry and order emails (currently Resend)
• Shipping carriers — name and address as needed to deliver kits
• Service providers — hosting (for example Vercel) and other vendors who process data on our instructions
• Professional advisers or authorities — if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer

Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube. YouTube / Google may collect information according to their own policies if you play a video.

The Customer Portal linked from this site is a separate service. Use of that portal is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not currently load a third-party advertising or analytics pixel. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy. Your browser may still store the promo preference described above. Checkout on Stripe may set cookies required to complete payment.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and order records as long as needed to fulfill the request, provide support, and meet tax, warranty, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You may:

• Email us to request a copy of the information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal limits
• Choose not to submit a form or complete a purchase

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults buying equipment and services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we hold. No website or payment flow is completely secure. Please use a strong unique password on any related accounts (including Stripe Checkout and the Customer Portal) and contact us if you believe there has been unauthorized access.

Changes

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
